This project aims to provide a useful tool for analysing how far Journalism and social media make use of the Classics. I have realised that lots of writers make use of the Classics in their newspaper column or editorial to better explain a specific problem they are reasoning with. Therefore, systematizing and compiling such connections would allow a later filter creation where all the mentioning of Classics can be accessed to a daily updated platform where the connections are automatically found.
What users can benefit from it is to know how the Classics are connected with present day journalism.
